This affiliate disclosure explains, without hedging, how rocketplay6.net makes money. We earn a commission when a reader clicks one of our links, signs up with the operator and, in most arrangements, makes a deposit. That is how the site is funded and how the people who write it are paid.
We think you should know this before you trust a single recommendation we make, so here it is on its own page, linked from the footer of every page on the site.
How the commission works
Buttons such as "Play at Fair Go" and "Claim the $1,000 Welcome Bonus", and any other casino button on this site, send you to the operator through an affiliate tracking link. If you register and deposit, the operator's affiliate program credits the referral to us and pays a commission according to its agreement with us.
In the page code these links are marked with rel="sponsored" so that search engines and reader tools can identify them as commercial. We also present them visually as buttons rather than disguising them as ordinary text.
What it costs you: nothing extra
The commission is paid by the operator out of its own marketing budget. It does not raise your deposit, reduce your bonus or change your wagering requirements. The welcome offer described on our Fair Go welcome bonus page is the same offer you would see if you typed the casino's address in yourself.
You are free to go directly to any operator without using our link. Our guides work exactly the same either way, and we would rather you got the right information than that we got the click.
Commission does not shape our verdicts
The commercial side and the editorial side of this site are kept apart on purpose. Specifically:
- We record what Fair Go does not offer (no app, no live dealer, no sportsbook, no PayID or POLi) as plainly as what it does.
- Ratings on review pages are settled before anyone thinks about commission, and no operator sees or approves our copy before publication.
- We do not accept payment for a higher rating, a softer verdict or the removal of a criticism.
- Corrections are made because something is wrong, not because an operator asked.
The editorial policy sets out those rules in more detail.
RocketPlay and other operators
Because of this domain's history, we also write about RocketPlay Casino, including a RocketPlay review and a side-by-side comparison with Fair Go. We may or may not hold an affiliate relationship with RocketPlay at any given time. Whether we do makes no difference to how we describe it: RocketPlay gets credit for its larger game library and live casino, and Fair Go gets credit for being built around Australian players. The reasons we lean toward Fair Go are set out in this post.
If we add other operators in future, the same disclosure applies to them.
Responsible gambling
A commission is only worth earning from players who are gambling for entertainment and within their means. If that stops describing you, please stop and talk to someone: Gambling Help Online is free and confidential on 1800 858 858, 24 hours a day. Our responsible gambling page has more.
Frequently asked questions
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. The welcome bonus and promotion codes are the operator's own, and they are identical whether you arrive through our link or type the address yourself. The only difference is that a sign-up through our link earns rocketplay6.net a commission.
No. Commission is based on referred sign-ups and deposits, not on ratings or wording. Our review pages state plainly what Fair Go lacks, such as a native app or live dealer tables, and no operator reviews or approves our content before it goes live.
