Football Fortunes is the sports pokie in the Fair Go Casino lobby, and it carries one of the biggest free-games counts in the lobby: up to 100 free games with triple wins, plus a penalty shootout bonus. SpinLogic Gaming built it on 50 paylines with a stadium atmosphere.
This review covers the theme, how the free games and penalty shootout work, who the game suits, how to play it free or for real at Fair Go on desktop or mobile, and which bonus code to use. rocketplay6.net is an independent affiliate site and earns a commission if you sign up through our links.

Theme and look
A floodlit pitch, roaring crowd and symbols made up of players, boots, whistles, trophies and the ball itself. Football Fortunes is the round-ball game rather than Aussie rules, but the stadium energy translates. The penalty shootout bonus is presented as a mini-game with a keeper and a goal, which gives it a different rhythm from the usual spin-and-wait. Sport fans who like the format should also look at the arcade-style Fish Catch.
How the features work
- Up to 100 free games with triple wins. The headline. A trigger can award as many as 100 free spins, with every win tripled. Even a fraction of that is a long round.
- Penalty shootout bonus. A separate bonus where you take penalties against a keeper for prizes. It is a pick-style round rather than spins.
- 50 paylines. A broad grid that keeps the base game active between features.
Top award, volatility, jackpot and RTP are not published on the Fair Go site. Check the in-game info panel for the RTP and the paytable for how the free games count is determined.
Who Football Fortunes suits
Free spins maximalists and football fans. A 100-free-game ceiling at triple wins is bettered only by the vault bonus in Cash Bandits 3 (up to 390), and the penalty shootout breaks up the reels nicely. It is not a jackpot title; Cash Bandits 3 is the one to pick if you want a progressive as well. For a 50-line game with Aussie flavour, Kev's Bush Bonanza is the obvious alternative.

Frequently asked questions
Up to 100 free games in a single trigger, with every win in the round tripled. The exact number depends on the trigger, which is set out in the paytable. Among the Fair Go pokies reviewed on this site, only the Cash Bandits 3 vault bonus, at up to 390 free games, offers a higher ceiling.
A separate mini-game in which you take penalties against a goalkeeper, with prizes awarded for the outcome. It is a pick-style bonus rather than a spinning round, which gives Football Fortunes a second kind of feature alongside the free games. You can try it in practice mode.
Fair Go does not publish a jackpot for Football Fortunes, so its win potential comes from the triple-win free games and the penalty shootout. The top award, volatility and RTP are also not published; check the in-game info panel for the RTP and the paytable for full details.
