Mermaid Pearls is the gentle one. Where many SpinLogic pokies shout, this underwater title glides: turquoise reefs, drifting bubbles and a mermaid who guards a string of glowing pearls. It is a favourite with Aussie players who want a relaxed session rather than an adrenaline hit.
Fair Go names Mermaid Pearls as one of three games in its Fun Monday free spins promotion. The site does not publish paylines, RTP or a max win, so we focus on the experience and the practical steps.

Theme and symbols
The reels sit in front of a coral reef, with the mermaid as the premium symbol and sea creatures, treasure chests and pearls filling out the paytable. The pearl is the icon to watch; in most games of this style it is tied to a feature trigger, but the exact rules are in the in-game info panel, not on this page.
The music is a soft, looping ocean theme. On a phone with the sound on, it is pleasant rather than intrusive, which is more than can be said for some of the louder titles in the catalogue such as Hyper Wins.
Playing Mermaid Pearls free, then for real
Fair Go lets you try nearly every pokie with practice credits. The demo is the honest way to judge a game, because you see how often features arrive without any money on the line.
- Log in at Fair Go (browser only, there is no app) and open the lobby.
- Search "Mermaid". Choose demo.
- Spin thirty or forty times at a steady bet and watch the pattern of small wins versus features.
- Ready to switch? Close the demo, reopen in real mode, and set a bet that fits your session budget.
The Fun Monday code
Deposit between Saturday and Monday, redeem FUNMON on Monday, and you get 25 free spins at the time of writing. Mermaid Pearls is one of the eligible games alongside Hyper Wins and Mega Monster. If the spins are allocated to a different game that week, you can still use any winnings on Mermaid Pearls once wagering is met.
Other codes worth knowing for a calm pokie like this one:
- WELCOME: 100% up to $200, five times, min $20. Best for new players.
- KOALAMO: Koala Monday tiered bonus, all day Monday.
- No code at all: deposits of $10+ without a code qualify for 25% cashback if they bust (30% on weekends). See Fair Go cashback.
Mobile play
Mermaid Pearls scales well to a small screen. The reels fill the width, the spin button sits under your thumb, and the pastel palette stays readable in daylight. Use Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Android, log in, and play. For tips on saving a home-screen shortcut and managing data, read Fair Go on mobile.
Who it suits
Players who enjoy themed, slower pokies and are happy to let a session breathe. If you want jackpots, go to the progressive list. If you want more features per minute, try Bubble Bubble 2, which also comes with its own no-deposit spins for new accounts.
Responsible gambling
Relaxing games are easy to lose track of time in. Use the clock on your phone, set a session length, and stop when it hits. If you find yourself chasing a feature that will not come, take a break. Gambling Help Online: 1800 858 858, any time, any day. Players must be 18+.
