Kev's Bush Bonanza: The Fair Go Exclusive Pokie, Explained

Why a Fair Go exclusive matters

Most SpinLogic Gaming titles are shared across every casino on the platform, so a pokie you like at Fair Go is usually available at a dozen rival sites. Kev's Bush Bonanza breaks that pattern. It was built for Fair Go and features its mascot, which means the casino has a reason to keep promoting it long after the launch week ends.

For players that translates into two things. First, the game tends to get its own bonus codes, of which BUSHMAGIC is the current example. Second, it is a genuinely Australian-themed release rather than a generic outback skin: Kev, the red dirt and the bush wildlife are the point, not window dressing. If you want more on the character himself, we have a separate page on Kev the Koala.

Paylines, top award and volatility

Kev's Bush Bonanza runs on 50 paylines, which puts it in the same family as Football Fortunes and Bubble Bubble 2 rather than the 243-ways titles like Asgard or Halloween Treasures.

The headline figure is the 50,000x top award. Check the in-game paytable to see how that multiple applies to your chosen bet level before you assume what a single spin could pay. Fair Go describes the game as medium volatility: it should sit between the slow-burn rhythm of Dr. Winmore and the feast-or-famine swings of Devil's Jackpot. Fair Go does not publish an individual RTP for this title, though the site states an average pokie RTP of approximately 97% across the catalogue. Our guide to RTP and volatility explains what those labels mean for your session.

The Fortune Link feature and the Super Grand Jackpot

Fortune Link is the feature that gives the game its personality. Fair Go lists it as the main bonus mechanic alongside a Super Grand Jackpot, the top of the game's jackpot ladder. Fair Go's page does not spell out the trigger conditions or the exact structure of the link rounds, so we will not guess at them here; open the paytable in-game, where every symbol value and feature rule is listed.

What we can say is where the format sits. Link-style features on SpinLogic Gaming pokies are typically where the jackpot tiers are won, which is why they draw players who like Plentiful Treasure's Hold and Spin or the Mini, Minor, Major and Grand ladder in Halloween Treasures. Compare the options on our progressive jackpot pokies page.

The BUSHMAGIC code: 200% plus 25 free spins

At the time of writing, Fair Go is attaching a dedicated code to the game. Here is how it compares with the standard welcome package.

The 200% match is double the welcome rate, but the $60 minimum is three times higher, so BUSHMAGIC suits a player who was going to deposit that much anyway. Fair Go's page does not list a separate wagering figure or maximum bonus amount for BUSHMAGIC, so confirm both in the promotion terms or with 24/7 live chat before you redeem. Our bonus code guide walks through entering a code at the cashier.

Play Kev's Bush Bonanza at Fair Go

Playing it on your phone

Fair Go has no native app, so there is nothing to download from an app store. Kev's Bush Bonanza runs in the browser on iOS and Android, and a 50-payline layout fits a phone screen comfortably. Log in through your mobile browser, open the pokies lobby and search for the title; your balance, bonuses and comp points are shared with the desktop site.

Deposits are free and instant across all methods, with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and JET Bank Transfer starting at $20 and crypto options from as little as $5 for Lightning Bitcoin. There is no PayID or POLi, so the bank route is JET Bank Transfer. The full list is on our deposit methods page.

Who should play Kev's Bush Bonanza?

Medium volatility, 50 lines and a jackpot feature make this a sensible middle-ground pokie: it is less likely to drain a $60 deposit in ten minutes than a high-variance title, but it also will not pay the frequent cluster wins that Dr. Winmore fans expect.

A koala mascot on a bush-themed exclusive is exactly the sort of thing Fair Go does better than larger international casinos, and that local flavour is one of the reasons we rank it ahead of the alternatives.
