How to Claim Fair Go Bonus Codes Without Losing the Bonus

The three kinds of Fair Go code

Not every code works the same way, and knowing which type you are holding tells you where it goes.

• Deposit match codes (WELCOME, BUSHMAGIC, CASTLE, 100-NEOS, KOALAMO, GOTM1026) are entered in the cashier as part of a deposit. The bonus is a percentage of the amount you put in.
• Free-spin codes tied to a deposit (FUNMON, and the spins bundled into BUSHMAGIC or CASTLE) are also redeemed at deposit, but the reward is spins on a named pokie rather than cash.
• No-deposit codes (BUBBLE15 at the time of writing) are redeemed without paying anything, usually through the cashier's coupon section or via a link in the welcome email Fair Go sends within about 24 hours of registering.

The bonus codes page keeps a current list; this guide is about the mechanics.

Step-by-step: claiming a deposit code

1. Check your bonus status. Open the cashier and look for any active bonus. If one is still wagering, the new code will not attach. Finish it or ask support to remove it.
2. Open the deposit screen and pick your method. Any of the fourteen listed methods works, but keep the bonus minimum in mind: a $5 Lightning Bitcoin deposit is valid as a deposit but too small for WELCOME.
3. Type the code into the coupon field. It is on the deposit form. Codes are not case-sensitive in our experience, but copy them exactly to be safe.
4. Enter an amount at or above the code's minimum. WELCOME needs $20, CASTLE $40, GOTM1026 $45, BUSHMAGIC $60.
5. Confirm the deposit. The bonus funds should appear alongside your cash balance immediately.
6. Check the terms shown. The cashier will display the wagering requirement and any game restrictions. Screenshot it if you like having a record.

Current Fair Go codes at the time of writing

These are the codes published on the Fair Go promotions page when we last checked. Promotions rotate, so confirm in the lobby or your casino inbox before depositing.

Claiming the no-deposit code

BUBBLE15 gives new players 15 free spins on Bubble Bubble 2 without depositing. Fair Go sends it by email within roughly 24 hours of registration, and it can be claimed once per account. Winnings from no-deposit offers carry 60x wagering, and free chips generally come with a maximum cash-out, so treat it as a free look at the software rather than a payday.

To redeem, log in, open the cashier, find the coupon or redeem section and enter the code. The spins are credited to Bubble Bubble 2 specifically; opening another pokie will not show them. If the email has not arrived after a day, check your spam folder, then ask live chat. More on this offer on our no deposit bonus page.

The one-bonus-at-a-time rule

This rule causes more confusion than any other. Fair Go allows a single active bonus per account. If you redeem WELCOME, then deposit again with CASTLE while WELCOME still has wagering outstanding, the second code will fail or the second deposit will land as plain cash.

It also matters for the welcome package. The five WELCOME redemptions are sequential: finish wagering on the first before claiming the second. Players who want to move quickly through the package sometimes ask support to forfeit a bonus with a small remaining balance so they can start the next one. That is allowed, but you lose the bonus funds and any winnings tied to them, so only do it when there is little left.

Our terms walkthrough covers this and the other rules that attach to every code.

When a code does not work

• Deposit below the minimum. The most common cause. $30 with BUSHMAGIC will not trigger a $60-minimum bonus.
• Another bonus is active. Clear or forfeit it first.
• Code already used up. 100-NEOS is single use; BUBBLE15 is once per account; CASTLE is three times.
• Wrong payment method. 100-NEOS only works on Neosurf deposits.
• Promotion ended. Weekly and monthly codes expire. GOTM1026 is tied to October's game of the month.
• Typo. Zero versus the letter O is a classic.

If you deposited and the bonus did not land, do not deposit again hoping it will stick the second time. Open live chat, which is available 24/7, give them the deposit amount and the code, and ask them to apply it. In our experience support can attach a missed code to a deposit made moments earlier. Our support guide explains what to have ready.

Codes versus bonus-free play: which is better?

A bonus is not always the right call. Deposits of $10 or more made without a code qualify for 25% instant cashback if they bust, rising to 30% on weekends, claimed through support. A $100 deposit with WELCOME gives you $200 to play but $6,000 of wagering before you can withdraw. The same $100 without a code gives you $100 to play, nothing to clear, and $25 back if you lose the lot.

For players who like to withdraw small wins quickly, bonus-free play is often the more comfortable option. For players who want maximum time on the pokies, the match bonus wins. The wagering guide walks through the numbers in detail, and the cashback page covers the bonus-free route.

Responsible gambling

Bonus codes are designed to get you depositing more often, and that is worth remembering every time you type one in. A 200% match is only generous if you were going to deposit that $60 anyway.
