The one-bonus-at-a-time rule
Fair Go allows a single active bonus per account. This single rule explains most rejected coupons. If you redeemed WELCOME on Monday and still have wagering outstanding, a KOALAMO or Koala's Diary coupon will be refused until the first bonus is finished.
Finished means one of three things:
- You completed the wagering and the bonus balance converted to withdrawable funds.
